Research & Evaluation Unit

  1. Conducts social and behavioural research related to health education.
  2. Designs and develops research protocols.
  3. Collaborates and coordinates with other health-related departments for health education research.
  4. Consolidates and prepares monthly health education activity reports.
  5. Designs, develops and modifies formats for reporting and recording health education activities.
  6. Pre-tests educational materials.
  7. Evaluates training courses, workshops, seminars, etc. conducted by the Bureau of Health Education.
  8. Assists the training unit to conduct field trainings for certificate and orientation courses.
  9. Develops guidelines for developing field sites for health education demonstration projects.
